East Dulwich Tavern Wedding
I love it when couples get ready together, there is something so romantic about it. Helen and James decided that considering they are planning to spend the rest of their lives together it made sense to start their day together. I headed to The Boundary for the final preparations before we went out into Shoreditch for their portraits. We had fun wandering around and we found a spot of magic light, which I probably got a little over excited about. I have to say both Helen and James looked amazing but I was blown away by Helens choice of dress.
As with a lot of London weddings, the easiest way to get guests from A to B is by a London bus and once the sun had set we headed over Waterloo Bridge to a glorious view of the South Bank, one of my favourite spots in London. On the bus, everyone was getting slightly tipsy on champagne and as we arrived at the pub, everyone was met with a rather delicious cocktail before all the guests settled down for the speeches. As I left cake was being served which Helen’s mum had made and trust me when I say the cake was amazing!
