Creative Brighton Pavilion Wedding Photography
Chelley and Jack love being by the sea so the obvious choice was to get married at Brighton Pavilion. A Beautiful venue, steeped in history and an icon of Brighton. They planned their wedding in a short space of time and filled their ceremony with songs and stories that shared their love of music. Rather that a reading, two of their close friends sang their verison of a Nick Cave song. To say I shed a little tear at hearing that song, would be an understatement and everytime I hear it now I think about these two. Anyway, after an emotional ceremony and some celebratory hugs on the lawn, we headed down into the laines in Brighton for their portraits. I knew the some photos on the beach in Brighton were important to Chelley and Jack but we decided to take a chance with the weather and venture out later on in the evening. That way they could take some time out in the evening to have a breather and spend some time with each other and also, it was an opportunity to get a few extra portraits. Thankfully, the weather held out long enough to give us up a rather dramatic sky that would help me capture one of my favourite portraits. It also meant there was a mad dash back to the recpetion to get away from the ran. Chelley sheltered herself from the rain with a leather jacket and they both laughed and smield their way back to the party.
