This place. The Barbican Conservatory, keeps me coming back time and a time again. I long time ago I fell in love with The Barbican, the architecture, the space, the quiet, then one day I discovered the conservatory, this oasis of green amongst the concrete, steel and glass of the city. The place draws me back time and time again. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wandered around the conservatory on a Sunday. Got there for when the doors opened, multiple cameras in hand, reading to take some photos and get inspired. For years I wondered if it was possible to get married there. I always thought it was a beautiful space to say your vows, a beautiful space to celebrate, in amongst all the tropical palnts.
I remember when I got my first enquiry for a wedding there, I think I may have jumped with joy. I had a million one ideas for the space and I loved walking round the venue discovering my couples favourites spots and seeing the space with a new set of eyes.
Every time I visit I find something new, a see the place a little differently. It never fails to inspire.
Check out a previous Barbican wedding here.

Looks a really cool place to have a wedding.
So beautiful. They would look awesome as prints, I’d definitely buy them 🙂
Lovely set reminds me of Belfast Botanical Gardens
